New Ballet Classes starting August 2019
New ballet classes are being added to the timetable at Elite Academy of Dance starting in August 2019. The areas only dedicated Royal Academy of Dance School of Classical Ballet. Building on the success of the past 10 years the school is adding even more classes to its timetable. These new classes will give even more boys and girls the opportunity to learn and enjoy Classical about Ballet. The school follows the Royal Academy syllabus and all classes are taught in our private studio by qualified professionals. Currently the school runs 25 ballet classes from age 2 through to those in their 80s. All students also take part in Elite Academy of Dance Summer Show which is held annually at The Beacon Arts Centre.
New Ballet Classes age 2- 4 – Baby Ballet
The new Baby Ballet Classes are available at four different times during the week and include a morning class. These classes are designed to introduce children in a fun and educational way to ballet.The syllabus has been perfected over the past 100 years by the Royal Academy of Dance. Its the start of a journey that may see some students work their way through the school to their twenties and beyond. The Baby Ballet classes also get the chance to perform on the big stage every summer.
New Ballet Classes age 5 -8
For students age 5 to 8 years old Elite will be introducing 2 new Ballet Classes. These classes again have been designed by The Royal Academy of Dance. Designed for early school age boys and girls.Who are either new to ballet or have continued on from the Baby Ballet Classes. Students begin to master and learn the basic five positions.They then and begin to put these together in routines within the studio and for performances at the Summer Show . Like the Baby Ballet Classes all classes are structured to bring fun and enjoyment into learning process. These classes allow for advancement to our established middle and senior school classes.
